NK Developments LLC

NK Developments was founded by Niel who had a dream to purchase and flip homes locally since he was 17. In 2006 we started purchasing houses on a small scale and it has only grown from there. A big passion of ours is to provide service to anyone who needs it. Over the last 15 years, we’ve gotten a lot better at what we do, and have purchased hundreds of homes in the South Bend and surrounding areas. We are proud to serve local homeowners by solving almost any difficult situation they may be facing.

First and foremost, we aren’t sale-sy. We aren’t going to try to convince you to do anything that isn’t in your best interest.

Our team is happy to spend time on the phone or in person, simply helping others understand all of their options.  We don’t buy every house we see and sometimes we are not the best solution.
